Start banking wherever you are with the Provident Mobile app for Android, available to all ProvidentConnect Online Banking participants! Provident’s Mobile Banking Services allow you to check balances, pay bills, make transfers, and make check deposits. Need to find the Provident branch or ATM closest to you? Provident’s Mobile app will discover your location and provide you with addresses and phone numbers on your Android Phone or Tablet!
Available features include:
Account Balances
- Check your account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
Bill Pay
- Pay bills, review scheduled bills, and review previously paid bills from your Android Phone or Tablet.
Transfers
- Easily transfer cash between your accounts.
Locations
- Find nearby Provident branches and ATMs using your Android’s built-in GPS. Additionally, you can search by zip code or address.
Mobile Check Deposit
- Deposit checks while on the go with your Android Phone or Tablet.

WHENEVER I DEPOSIT A CHECK OR USE MY DEBIT CARD THE APP WILL SHOW THAT THE AMOUNT IS PENDING, THEN NEXT TIME I LOOK IT WILL NOT EVEN BE THERE. NEXT DAY I LOOK AGAIN, IT WILL STILL SAY PENDING. CHECK IT AGAIN LATER AT NIGHT IT WILL BE GONE AGAIN. WHAT DOES IT DO, PLAY HIDE AND SEEK ? WHY THE HELL DOESN'T IT SAY POSTED, LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO, INSTEAD OF PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK, AND DISAPPEARING ?

Just installed, logged in without a problem. New features seem intuitive. So far, so good.

Preferred the look of the old interface, but the app does what it should. I do appreciate the addition of fingerprint login. NOTE: For those with login issues, Provident roled out a temporary password sent to your email early March. CS can also provide you the temp password.

This blows can't see what's in my account because my dam id and password stopped working now its locked and was prompted to call customer service and I've done so 3 times and nothing but elevator music while on hold for 20+ minutes and then my call is dropped. Luckily the automated system told me my balance for my account but this is truly unacceptable. If this isn't fixed soon I'll be closing my accounts. Now I give five stars the problem has been resolved, so all's good with the world now🤗
